Yes, all our jewellery comes with a one-year warranty. If you experience any issues within a year of purchase, we’re happy to offer a one-time replacement.
We use between 1 to 2 microns of 18k gold plating.
A micron refers to the thickness of the gold layer - 1 micron and above is considered high quality and, with proper care (keeping it dry and stored in a cool place), can last 1 to 3+ years.
We recommend keeping all jewellery, including ‘waterproof’ pieces, away from water, lotions, and perfumes to maintain their shine and longevity.
Our Water Resistant Collection is made from stainless steel with a special PVD coating, which makes it more durable when exposed to water. However, this does not mean the gold plating won't fade or tarnish over time - it just slows the process.
Only solid gold is truly waterproof, but as it’s much more expensive, gold-plated jewellery offers a more affordable option. We use thick layers of gold plating (1–2 microns), which means our pieces can last for years with proper care.
For all other jewellery outside our Water Resistant Collection, we strongly advise avoiding contact with liquids to preserve the gold plating.
