Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays)

    (2-5 working days, tracked)
  • Standard UK Shipping: £2.99
    (2-5 working days, tracked)
  • 1st Class: £3.99
    (1-2 working days. Order must be placed by 12pm. If an order is placed on Saturday, we will ship it on the next Monday)
    • UK Next Day Guaranteed by 12pm: £7.99
      (order before 12pm. Does not guarantee delivery on Saturdays)


    • Tracked & signed: £8.99
      (5-15 working days, does not include weekends)

    USA, Canada & International:

    • Tracked & signed: £10.99
      (10-30 working days, does not include weekends)


    For international orders, custom charges may occur. We have no control and cannot be held responsible if these charges occur and how much the charges are.

    What happens if I am not home when they deliver?

    If you or no one else is not at home to collect your parcel, you should receive a card notifying you of your missed delivery. The parcel will be sent to your local post office.

    If you have ordered Next Day Delivery then you will receive a card with details of how to re-arrange delivery. 


    What should I do if my order has not arrived? 

    If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 7 working days of the date on which you ordered, pop over an email to


        • Send an email to and we'll inform you on how to return your item.
        • You have 14 days to notify us that you would like to return your item and an additional 14 days to send the item back for a refund/exchange.
        • We don't offer pre-paid returns, so the customer is responsible for the payment of postage for the returned item.
        • We don't refund the shipping cost of your order
        • All jewellery is refundable/exchangeable except earrings due to hygiene reasons.
        • Only products returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 2 working days from when we have received your products. It can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your bank account. 
        • If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will require photographic evidence within 1 week of receiving the product. Please provide photographic evidence to
        • If your jewellery piece is faulty (e.g. a colour fade/broken chain/loose stone), please note we will replace the jewellery only once.
        • If you choose to return your item using normal untracked delivery then please ensure you ask for proof of postage otherwise we cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return. 


        • You cannot cancel orders after 2 hours of placing your order. Your order will be fulfilled & shipped. If you wish to then return your order, please note we do not offer free returns.


        From time to time, we may offer promo codes which may apply to any, or certain specified purchases made through the Rani & Co. Ltd Website.

        Each Promo Code will be subject to specific terms & conditions specified at the time the promo code is issued (including the length of time to use the code) in addition to those mentioned in these Terms of Use.

        Only one promo code can be used against an order at any one time.

        A promo code can't be applied to an order after that order has been place unless explicitly stated.

        A maximum spend limit of £1500 (or equivalent local currency) pre-discount applies per order.

        Certain brand or product category exclusions may apply so we’ll let you know if you can't use your promo code on anything before you complete your purchase.

        If the promo code has expired, you won’t be able use it.

        We’re afraid we can’t accept any responsibility once we have given you a promo code and we are not obliged to provide you with a replacement if it gets lost and/or gets used by someone else as this will result in the promo code being cancelled. We are also not obliged to give you another promo code to use if you place an order to replace a lost item.

        If a promo code is offered on the Rani & Co. Ltd Website and can’t run properly because of and not limited to; fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control which affects the running, administration, security or fairness of the promo code, we reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promo code.

        Promo codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you receive a promo code, it can only be used by you on your own Rani & Co. Ltd account for the purpose for which it was issue, unless explicitly stated (i.e. “refer a friend”). You must keep it confidential and only use it for making your own orders on Rani & Co. Ltd. Don’t pass your code directly on to others or make it available to others (for example, posting it on social media or on a forum). If we believe that at the point of purchase or retrospectively you are abusing the use of promo codes in any way (for example, selling them to others), we reserve the right to cancel your promo code or suspend/close your Rani & Co. Ltd account without letting you know beforehand.
